General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions define the rules and conditions of sale by 3DM Group Limited Liability Company, headquartered in Warsaw at ul. Płochocińska 19, 03-191 Warsaw, Tax ID (NIP): 5252839383, REGON number: 387291010. The company is registered in the National Court Register under number 863777.

The store conducts sales of materials via the Internet through the website at www.brickbox.pl.

Sales are conducted online in the form of distance contracts between the ordering party (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) and 3DM Group Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Seller).

The Buyer may be any natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, who has an email account and full legal capacity.

Anyone placing an order on www.brickbox.pl is obliged to familiarize themselves with these Terms and Conditions. Ignorance of the Terms does not exempt the Buyer from the provisions herein.

Order Acceptance and Fulfillment

Placing an order means filling out the order form with actual data of the ordering person and confirming the order. The moment the Buyer submits the order on the website is the moment the contract is concluded between the Seller and the Buyer.

The person placing the order must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. For minors placing orders, parental or legal guardian consent is required.

Prices shown on the website are gross prices.

Prices do not include delivery costs.

Providing personal data in the registration/order form is necessary to complete the purchase transaction. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate data to enable contact and delivery. The Seller is not responsible for consequences resulting from incorrect data.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel or extend order processing if the data provided by the Buyer during registration/order are incomplete, incorrect, or false.

Buyer's personal data will not be shared with third parties except for actions necessary to fulfill the order, such as shipping.

The Seller commits to dispatching the shipment within 3 business days of receiving payment.

Shipping and transport time may be extended due to public holidays and weekends.

Standard transport time is 1 to 2 business days.

The Seller may extend delivery time for custom orders or unforeseen issues beyond their control, including material availability problems.

The Buyer chooses the delivery and payment method when placing the order. Shipping cost depends on the chosen method and payment type (prepayment or cash on delivery).

Total order fulfillment time includes processing and delivery time. Standard processing time is approx. 1-2 business days. During high-demand seasons (e.g., Black Week, pre-holiday periods), processing and delivery times may be extended.

Warranty and Complaints

Complaints concerning mechanical damages during transport will only be accepted if a damage report is filed and signed by both courier and recipient within 24 hours of receipt. Electronic damage reports are available on carriers' websites.

Complaints will not be accepted for products partially or completely without protective film or partially used.

Upon receipt, the Buyer must inspect the shipment for damage or completeness. If damaged, the Buyer must immediately notify the carrier and contact the Seller.

The Buyer may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason by notifying by phone, letter, or email. Returned products must be undamaged, in original packaging, and free of defects caused by the Buyer. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the Seller receiving the returned goods.

To process complaints, the product must be sent to the Seller’s address with a description of the complaint. Returns of custom-made products are limited and acceptance is at the Seller's discretion per consumer rights law.

The Buyer has the right to demand a replacement if the product does not conform to the contract. The Seller must respond to the Buyer’s request within 14 days.

Despite all efforts, the Seller does not guarantee that product information is free of errors; such errors are not grounds for claims.

Refunds

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Buyer in the original transaction unless the Buyer agrees otherwise. The Buyer will not incur any fees related to the refund.

Privacy Policy

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to complete the transaction.

The Seller commits to protecting personal data according to the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997. The Buyer consents to data storage and processing for order fulfillment. The Buyer has rights to access, edit, and delete personal data used in the order.

The Seller does not sell, rent, lease, or transfer personal data to third parties without charge.

Final Provisions

The Seller reserves the right to unannounced price changes (excluding items already purchased).

The Seller reserves the right to remove products from the offer without prior notice.

Buyers will always be informed about changes to the Terms (the form of notification is determined by the Seller). Changes do not negatively affect rights and obligations related to orders placed before the changes. Buyers may accept or reject the Terms. Refusal prevents purchase.

Matters not regulated by these Terms are subject to the Civil Code.

Disputes arising from contracts between Buyer and Seller may be resolved through mediation.

These provisions take effect from 01.02.2022 and apply until revoked.
