Damaged Package Received from the Courier?
According to our store’s regulations, please create a damage report with the courier at the time of delivery or no later than within 24 hours of receiving the package using the carrier’s electronic damage report system. Then, send the report to us at office@brickbox.pl along with a description of the situation. Unfortunately, without a damage report prepared according to these rules, we will not be able to accept the complaint or replace the damaged product or its parts.
Return Policy
You may return products purchased from us within 14 days from the date you receive the package. All our acrylic glass items are shipped with protective film on both sides. According to our policy, returns are not accepted for items that have been used, damaged, or have had their protective film partially or fully removed. If you notice any damage on the protective film, please take a photo before removing it.
Often scratches are only superficial on the protective film, while the product underneath is in perfect condition — that’s exactly the purpose of the protective film :)
Return Steps:
-Check if your return complies with our return policy.
-Return all or selected products from your order list. You have 14 days to make a return. The return address is provided below.
Include in the package:
A note with the order number related to the return,
A withdrawal statement including your full name, reason for withdrawal, and bank account number for the refund.
Pack the return in its original packaging and secure it so it won’t be damaged during transport. Hand the package to the courier, drop it off at a parcel locker, or a shipment point. The products will be returned to the store.

Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after we receive the returned package. However, this period may be extended if we have difficulty contacting you regarding the order. The refund method depends on the payment method chosen when placing the order. If the order was paid via instant transfer, the refund will be made in the same way.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If an order was paid for but not collected, we will refund the order value minus the cost of return shipping. In the case of partial returns, shipping costs will not be refunded.
