Is it possible to make a display case in a custom size?

Yes, we make display cases in any size. Just send us the required internal dimensions of the display case to office@brickbox.pl or check Delivery Time and Cost

What is the difference between the EcoLine and PremiumLine display cases?

The main difference is quality :) PremiumLine display cases are made from acrylic glass with enhanced scratch resistance and greater durability. They can also be cleaned with alcohol-based cleaners (for example, isopropanol). Additionally, the PremiumLine version features a reinforced double base. It’s the ideal choice for anyone who needs a durable display case.

EcoLine display cases are made from standard acrylic glass. They look just as good but require more careful handling. They cannot be cleaned with alcohol-based products and have only a single base. The EcoLine version is also cheaper than the PremiumLine.

How to clean the display cases?

We recommend cleaning the display cases with our cleaning kits, gently removing dust to avoid scratches. You can also blow dust off or vacuum it away (without using a brush attachment, which could scratch the surface). Alcohol-based cleaners should not be used on EcoLine display cases. For all display cases, avoid using any products that react with acrylic glass.

Do you ship orders abroad?

Yes, we ship orders abroad to all European Union countries. Please contact us by email at office@brickbox.pl for shipping cost estimates.

Can I return or exchange a product?

You can return a product within 14 days of receiving your order. More information can be found on the Returns and Complaints page. If you want to order a product in a different size or color, you can return the product and place a new order. Exchange or return of custom-made (non-standard) display cases is not possible.
